Is this thing still working?

Oh wow, it has been a while, hasn't it? Actually, about the only remotely exciting thing that's happened in the last week is that I'm now done with classes and all my projects are handed in! I still have two exams left at the beginning of June, but in a few weeks it'll be down to just my research project (on which I've also made big strides in the past week). Other than that, the biggest news is that I'm going to Scotland on Monday for a few days (I'm even renting a car, which should be an adventure in this left-hand-drive country). Hopefully that means I'll have a lot more to write back about over the next few weeks. I'll try to be better about this, honest...
